HERITAGE PRESERVATION BOARD
Send a message re Heritage Preservation Board

The Heritage Preservation Board has compiled an inventory of historic resources. They are responsible for maintaining this inventory and for reviewing the potential for additions to historic structures. Based on this inventory, the Board recommends to the Planning Commission properties which should be in a historical district (H zone). They also make recommendations to the City Council pertaining to historical preservation matters, as well as demolition permits. They serve as a resource to provide advice to the Planning Commission. The Board has updated and expanded a new version of the book Larkspur Past & Present, a History and Walking Guide. See information on how to buy this book.
